Robert C. Morgan founded Morgan Management LLC in 1998. Since then, Mr. Morgan has acquired and currently manages a private portfolio of institutional-grade investment real estate including more than 20,000 units in multi-family property as well as a significant assortment of manufactured housing communities, and commercial, retail, office, medical office, self-storage and hotel properties. Morgan Management also has a broad array of new development sites under various stages of construction. The Morgan Management portfolio is located primarily in the Northeast United States.

Mr. Morgan grew up in Rochester and started out working in his family’s wholesale seafood business. It was during these early years when he first became attracted to the real estate development business, taking a piece of property and developing it into a place where people can live or work. He started out small, investing in a two-family house off of Monroe Avenue, and never looked back.

Some of Mr. Morgan's more prominent local projects include: the development of an 80,000 square-foot ambulatory surgical center located on Sawgrass Road in Brighton for the University of Rochester Medical Center; the acquisition and redevelopment of the Strathallan Hotel on East Avenue; the development of Gypsum Mills in Victor, a 562-unit manufactured home development with a nine-hole golf course; the renovation of the 17-story Midtown Tower in downtown Rochester for which Morgan Management is scheduled to begin construction in August of 2013; and a proposed 100-unit apartment complex in Rochester on South Avenue overlooking the Genesee River.

Mr. Morgan has over 30 years of experience as an owner, operator, and developer of investment real estate. His firm is headquartered in Perinton, NY, and presently employs over 1,000 people. Mr. Morgan currently sits on the University of Rochester Medical Center Board and the Nazareth College Board of Trustees, and provides his philanthropic support to several local charities.
