A serial entrepreneur with a long history of business success, Mr. Aab is co-founder and CEO of Idea Boxx, a Victor-based, START-UP NY-affiliated technology company that conceptualizes, designs, and manufactures consumer goods for a diverse range of industries. He is also the president of RTA Associates. Previously, Mr. Aab served as vice chairman of PAETEC Holding Corp., joining the company in 2007 when it merged with Charlotte, NC-based telecommunications carrier US LEC Corp., which Mr. Aab had co-founded. Other successful businesses founded by Mr. Aab include Ovation Payroll (acquired by Heartland Payment Systems) and ACC Corp. (acquired by Teleport Communications and now part of AT&T). Mr. Aab is an RIT trustee emeritus.
