Ms. Whitman currently serves as chair, CEO, and president of Complemar Partners, a Rochester-headquartered contract packaging, warehousing, and shipping firm specializing in third-party logistics solutions, e-commerce software, printing, direct mail, packaging, and order fulfillment. Ms. Whitman also serves as chair and CEO of Mosaic Microsystems, a microelectronics and photonics packaging company focused on glass and other thin substrates as a platform material. The company provides integration products and services for a range of microelectronics applications, photonics, RF/mmWave, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and sensor technologies.

Before her present roles, Ms. Whitman was a partner at CSW Associates, an early-stage investment firm providing capital, business strategy, and support to entrepreneurs with innovative technologies. She also served as chair, CEO, and president of CVC Inc., a manufacturer of thin film process equipment. During her tenure, she guided the company to two number one rankings on the Rochester Top 100 fastest growing private companies list, led a successful initial public offering (IPO), and completed the company’s sale to Veeco Instruments. Ms. Whitman is a member of the RIT Board of Trustees.
