Pollock is the founder and head of Optimation Technology Inc. Before he launched the company, Pollick was a high school teacher, a college associate professor, and an engineer at Eastman Kodak Co. Pollock is a member of the professional associations and the advisory boards. He also periodically travels to Africa to serve the comunity development projects. In July 2010, he is leading a team of volunteers to build a dormitory in Kenya. He is a liscensed professional engineer and holds B.S. and M.E. degrees in electricial engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
